The Supreme Court rejected the petitions of nine Arab residents of Gaza today, who had objected to the expropriation of their lands. The lands will be used to pave a new road to Netzarim, to which the current approach is fraught with danger from the land-owners' terrorist neighbors. The judges said that considerations of security and human lives come before others, and that the petitions were of a political nature.
