IDF demolition crews destroyed two homes belonging to terrorists and their families over the night, part of a policy that has already been deemed successful in preventing several suicide attacks. In Dahariya, south of Hevron, troops leveled the home of the Palestinian terrorist who shot and killed two Israelis in Be'er Sheva six months ago. In the Bethlehem district, the home of the suicide terrorist whose murderous explosives killed two Israelis and wounded dozens in Rishon LeTzion this past May was razed.



The Beit El military appeals court upheld the IDF’s decision to deport three relatives of Arab terrorists from Yesha to Gaza - but the Supreme Court has gotten in the way. The three candidates for expulsion appealed this morning in the Supreme Court, where Hon. Dalia Dorner suspended the move until the Court delivers a final ruling. She gave the State 15 days in which to better explain its position in favor of the expulsions.



Two of the terrorist accomplices slated for deportation - Kifah Muhammad Ajouri and Intissar Ajouri - helped their brother Ali in facilitating last month's Tisha B’Av suicide bombing in Tel Aviv that left five people dead. The third, Abdel Nasser Assida, aided his brother in carrying out both deadly terror attacks near the Shomron community of Emanuel that led to the deaths of 21 Jews, including a soldier who fought one of the terrorist cells afterwards.



Razal Muhammed Prihat, a wanted Tanzim terrorist responsible for placing bombs in the Jenin area, was killed during IDF activity last night in the village of El Yamon. The IDF force surrounded Prihat's house, identified him standing on the roof, and shot him dead when he tried to escape... Arab gunmen opened fire this morning at an IDF outpost in Gush Katif, in Israel's southwest corner. No one was hurt, and IDF soldiers returned fire… Israel made 11 arrests of suspected Palestinian terrorists, most of them in the Shechem area…
