The Southern District Prosecutor's Office recently submitted an indictment to the Be'er Sheva District Court, charging a member and operative of the Gaza Resistance Committee terror organization's with firing missiles and committing other state security offenses against israel.

According to the indictment, Fadi Qadas, an electrician by profession, was involved in hostile activity against Israel over the past 15 years, including during Operations Pillar of Defense and Protective Edge.

His involvement in terror included the firing dozens of missiles and shells at Israel, digging trenches and placing missiles, launching explosive balloons, and more.

According to the indictment, the defendant was involved both as a member of the resistance committees and as a service provider for the Hamas terror organization.

In addition, the Qadas provided the organization with electronic timers and boards, converting them into missiles through which missile salvos could be sequenced to fire one by one.
