Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) has announced the opening of two more branches in Israel, in Be'er Sheva and Daliyat al-Karmel, Israel Hayom reported.

The company opened its first branch in February, in Nazareth, and has said that it plans to open over ten branches in total, including a flagship branch in Tel Aviv.

The Daliyat al-Karmel branch is set to open on Tuesday, while the Be'er Sheva branch, located in the city's Cinema City, will open in the summer. The branches will offer a sit-down option, as well as take away and deliveries.

However, the new branches are not kosher.

Omer Zeidner, head of KFC Israel, said, "From the moment the first restaurant opened in Nazareth, we receives many responses and questions, from tens of thousands of Israelis around Israel, asking when we would come to their area of residence. Today we are taking another significant step in expanding the chain."

"We promise that we will continue working around the clock in order to expand to all areas of Israel, and we will continue to provide the original taste and offer the wide variety of dishes at all the restaurant's branches."

The current launch is KFC's fourth attempt to succeed in the Israeli market.
