The cartoon by Jacky on Arutz-7's homepage says it all, depicting a knife engraved with Arabic letters attacking the world, searing a blood-stained hole in the planet Earth. Yesterday's Hamas Moslem fundamentalist terrorist bombing in Hebrew University's Mt. Scopus cafeteria claimed an international toll among its seven victims, including Israelis, Americans and a French citizen. Three South Koreans in serious condition are among the many foreign students injured in the blast. One female student is listed in critical condition.



The names of the victims:

* Dina Carter, 37, of Jerusalem, with both Israeli and American citizenship.

* David Ladovsky, 29, of Jerusalem. He immigrated from Argentina ten years ago, and was to leave in ten days' time for a Foreign Ministry stint in Peru.

* Lavina Shapira, 53, of Jerusalem. Survived by her husband and three children, she was Hebrew University’s Student Services Director. She worked in the university for 33 years, and was buried today.

* Janis Coulter, 37, of New York. The deputy director of the school’s foreign student program, she arrived in Israel several days ago to accompany a group of overseas students.

* Benjamin Blutstein, 25, of Pennsylvania

* David Greitz, 24, a citizen of France and the United States who lived in Jerusalem.

* Marla Bennet, 24, an American citizen.
