An IDF demolition crew yesterday leveled the Beit-Jalla home of the 17-year-old Arab who carried out Tuesday’s suicide bombing inside of a falafel restaurant on Jerusalem’s HaNevi'em Street. Destroying the houses’ of suicide bombers is one of methods that the government has adopted in order to deter potential bombers from following through on their murderous crimes. Other methods include deporting family members who had advanced knowledge of attacks and the withholding of stipends to terrorists' relatives.



In other war news, a bomb exploded near an Israeli passenger bus near the Gush Katif community of Morag, this morning. One woman was treated for shock… A “high-level” terror warning placed on the Sharon region early this morning has been downgraded. Intelligence information indicates that a would-be suicide bomber had second thoughts and returned to his home within a PLO-controlled area… An Israeli motorist escaped injuries when Arabs shot at his vehicle between the Tzufim and Peirot Junctions in the Shomron... A mortar shell landed near a Jewish community in southern Gaza causing no injuries… Last night Arabs shot and threw bombs at soldiers operating in the several locations throughout the Shormron including in the Shechem, Tul Karem, and Jenin districts.
