There has been a flurry of activity on the Oslo War front over the past 24 hours.
This morning IDF soldiers and Border Policemen began a search in the Kfar Saba area, after civilians spotted an Arab dressed as an IDF soldier, apparently on his way to carry out an attack. After he was detected, the Arab threw away a suspicious bag that he was carrying and fled towards the nearby Arab village of Khabble.
Yesterday, soldiers arrested two top Hamas gang leaders in the Ramallah district. One was involved in carrying out the suicide bombing at Jerusalem\'s Moment Cafe on March 9 that left 11 Israelis dead. Security officials also arrested a would-be male suicide bomber and three accomplices in the Arab village of Burkin, east of Tel-Aviv. An Arab woman who admitted that she was planning a suicide attack was arrested at a checkpoint in the Shomron on Saturday.
In addition, an Arab was apprehended in the PLO-controlled village of Yatah, 24 miles south of Jerusalem, in connection with Friday\'s shootings that claimed the lives of Rabbi Yosef and Hannah Dickstein, their son Shuva\'el Zion and IDF Sgt. Elazar Leibovitz.
In other war news, Arabs launched several mortar shells at Gush Katif communities in Israel\'s southern Mediterranean coastal region. One of the shells smashed into a fire station in the community of N\'vei Dekalim, causing a fire to erupt, which severely damaged the building as well as two fire trucks. No injuries were reported. In addition, Arabs shot and threw grenades at soldiers stationed near Rafiach in southern Gaza. None of the soldiers were hurt.
