Illegal Arab construction along Yesha highways is impeding IDF security activities. HaTzofeh reports today that most of the buildings were built with PA monies in order to increase Arab presence there. The highway where Friday\'s attack occurred provides a perfect example of the way in which terrorists can use these buildings, together with information they gather on the times of IDF patrols and the like, to perpetrate murderous attacks.
