Arabs launched a Kassam rocket at a northern Gush Katif community, sending one youth into shock, and causing damage to a home. In addition, a mortar shell landed near the Erez junction late last night, causing no damage.



Also this morning, Arabs shot and threw fragmentation grenades at soldiers stationed near the Gush Katif community of Ganei Tal. No injuries were reported.



Yesterday, soldiers arrested at least nine wanted Arabs throughout the Shomron. In Gaza security forces apprehended two Arabs suspected of terrorist activity. In addition, soldiers inspecting a car at a Gaza checkpoint, discovered Kalashnikov assault rifles and other weapons. The vehicle’s driver was arrested.
