Israel Police over the weekend received a report of a vehicle near Tel Nof in central Israel which carried out a dangerous maneuver that miraculously ended without injury.
The vehicle was filmed passing another car in a no-passing lane, narrowly avoiding collision with another car in the opposite lane.
The driver, a 20 year old new driver from Ashkelon, was called for a hearing with police at the Yavne police station, after which his license was invalidated for 30 days and he was called to appear in court.
