The initiative to \"unite the right\" is gathering steam. MK Avigdor Lieberman, party leader of Yisrael Beiteinu, and MKs Tzvi Hendel and Uri Ariel (National Union) met last night with Rabbi Zalman Melamed of Beit El to discuss the matter. They agreed on the necessity of the move, and talked of ways to advance it. Lieberman proposed that the head of the party be neither a government minister or an MK, but someone with extensive authorities. His name and that of National Religious Party head Effie Eitam were mentioned.

The Bank Discount break-in in Tel Aviv: The owners of the 450 safety-boxes that were broken into over the weekend will be allowed to check them out today. They will be asked to fill out affidavits declaring what they had in the boxes and what was taken. It was learned this morning that the robbers took only cash - about $20 million worth. Bank Discount is not responsible for the theft, unless its security and protection is deemed to have been insufficient.
