A Jerusalem court has extended the custody of an IDF officer accused of selling ammunition to Tanzim terrorists. The officer claims that he gave 1,000 bullets to another soldier for his own personal use, and did not know that they would end up in Arab hands. Maariv reported this morning that Law Professor Yosef Gross said that if the soldiers sold ammunition to Palestinians during a period of warfare with them, they can be tried on charges of treason - charges that carry the death penalty...
