On the road to Jericho, concerned citizens will gather tonight at Choglah to remember and demand the right to return to Jericho. The ancient \"Shalom Al Yisrael\" synagogue there was burnt to the ground by a mob of Arabs in October 2000, only a few days after Arabs destroyed the Od Yosef Chai yeshiva in Shechem... The Yitzchak Hall in the Cave of the Patriarchs (Me\'arat HaMachpela), usually open only to Moslems, will be open to Jewish worshipers tonight and tomorrow...



In the Diaspora, an evening of Reflection and Commemoration for Israel\'s victims of terror will begin at 10:10 PM tonight at 9th St. and Prospect Park West in Brooklyn, and will proceed to Grand Army Plaza. The event is sponsored by the Park Slope Israel Coalition, with help from the Israel Emergency Solidarity Fund, Magen David Adom and the Kobi Mandell Foundation.



In addition, a traditional Tisha B\'Av Prayer Service for Jewish Communities in Danger will be held in New York City tomorrow at 2 PM at the Isaiah Peace Wall, opposite the United Nations building... A vigil for terrorist victims will be held tomorrow at 6 PM in Milwaukee, at 6310 N. Port Washington Road... A similar vigil was to be held today in New York City, sponsored by the American Zionist Movement, the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York, and others...
