A powerful car bomb exploded this morning in Helsinki, Finland about 200 yards from a Synagogue in the center of town. The Finnish man driving the car was killed, and a taxi driver in his vehicle nearby, was injured. Police Detective, Chief Insp. Olli Toyras, told the Associated Press that at this point the police do not believe that there were any \"terrorism or political links to the explosion.\" The explosion shattered windows in a nearby hotel but none of the guests were injured.
