Seven people were killed this week in car crashes in Israel. In the first six months of this year, the number of city crashes rose by 18% over the same period last year, while inter-city crashes dropped in number. Overall, the number of fatal collisions during the first half of 2002 rose by 5%. The number of road deaths since Jan. 1st: 275.
