Several bombs were found in Gaza today, including two very large ones in the north that weighed a total of 120 kilograms of explosives... Arabs fired at an IDF patrol near Nachal Oz this afternoon; no one was hurt… Security forces last night arrested ten Arabs in the Shechem area - including several terrorists planning to launch suicide attacks... Among several terrorists arrested near Hevron yesterday was the man responsible for the May 22 terrorist attack in Rishon LeTzion in which two Israelis were killed.



The IDF would not comment today on Lebanese reports that two IDF jeeps and another vehicle entered Lebanese territory this afternoon, made their way to the site of a former IDF base several hundred meters from the border, and returned some ten minutes later. This followed Hizbullah\'s latest effort to drag Israel into a military clash by firing anti-aircraft shells at Israel Air Force planes this morning. The planes, flying in what used to be the western sector of the security zone in southern Lebanon, were not hit.



In other war news of last night, a Jewish motorist escaped injury when Arabs hurled firebombs at his vehicle in the Shomron near the Rantis Junction… Arabs on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem’s Old City threw rocks at police… An IDF position near Kfar Darom in Israel’s southern Mediterranean coastal area was targeted by gunfire… Soldiers re-imposing a curfew on the PLO-controlled town of Jenin were targeted with an explosive device and a firebomb. No injuries were reported in any of these incidents.



The military curfews on Ramallah and Bethlehem were off this morning, and residents were permitted to stock up on necessary supplies. The curfews on Jenin, Tul Karem, Kalkilye and Shechem have continued almost un-interrupted.



An Arab woman accomplice to a female suicide terrorist was arrested today. The detainee, from Shechem, was brought to Bituniya on Feb. 26 by a terrorist organization in order to place the explosives pack on a suicide terrorist who killed herself the next day at Maccabim Junction. Three policemen were injured in that blast, but their alertness helped save many lives - as her plan was to commit a mass attack in central Israel. She had refused to have a man place the explosives pack on her.
