The victims of the Nov. 20th Kfar Darom terrorist bus bombing - in which Miri Amitai and Gabi Biton were killed, three Cohen children lost limbs, and others were wounded - are suing Yasser Arafat and Muhammad Dahlan for 100 million shekels ($24.5 million). The suit, submitted today in the Jerusalem District Court, accuses Dahlan, who heads the Palestinian Preventive Security Services, of planning and facilitating the attack on the school bus. Then-opposition leader Ariel Sharon called on the government to assassinate Dahlan for his role in the terror attacks. Atty. Nitzana Darshan-Leitner said, \"As Norway and the United States exert pressure on Israel to turn over to the Palestinians tax revenues that Israel is withholding, we are demanding that this money be used to first compensate the scores of terror victims who have been injured by Dahlan, Arafat and the PA...\"
