Col. Yaniv Avitan, Captain G., and Sergeant A. work tirelessly to identify and locate tunnels dug by the Hezbollah terrorist organization into Israel.
A pillar of the IDF's efforts is the special laboratory established in the Galilee. The laboratory is the successor to the laboratory in the south where the IDF works to uncover Hamas' terror tunnels.
Captain G. and Sergeant A. previously worked at the Gaza Division Laboratory, and brought their expertise with them when they transferred to the Galilee division.
"We use the technological knowledge we have accumulated over time in the Gaza Strip in order to quickly thwart the threats of the attack tunnels in the north," said Segeant A.
