Palestinians fired two round of mortar shells, for a total of 6 or 8 shells, towards the Jewish communities in Gaza this morning. Two shells fell in the schoolyard of N\'vei Dekalim. In addition, a bomb was found this morning on the road between Kibbutz Nachal Oz and Gaza; it was safely detonated by army sappers. At around 2 PM, a large IDF bulldozer, accompanied by a tank and an armed personnel carrier, penetrated about 500 meters into PA-controlled Gaza, destroyed the building from which the shells were fired, and left the area.



South of Chomesh, on the road to Shavei Shomron, a bomb exploded around noon today; no one was hurt.



Hundreds of school children in Gush Katif held a prayer rally this morning, in light of the grave security situation in Gaza and throughout Israel.
