Work on the partition designed to keep terrorists away from most Israelis has been stopped, following this morning\'s attack on a Border Guard force that was guarding a construction crew at the Salam Junction. The incident, which took place east of Um el-Fahm, involved an exchange of fire for five or ten minutes, and Israeli forces are now in pursuit of the terrorists. A bomb was found elsewhere along the planned route of the wall this morning.
