Prime Minister Sharon returned to Israel early this morning, after meeting with British Prime Minister Tony Blair. One British official described the talks between the two world leaders as “ useful and constructive.”

Sharon briefed Blair on his Monday visit with US president George Bush. Sharon also told the British leader that a Palestinian state would not be established as long as terror attacks continue. He also stated that when the violence stops, both sides can return to the negotiating table. In addition, the two discussed a proposed Middle East regional conference for later this summer.
