Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu spoke about his dramatic exposure on Monday night of the Iranian nuclear program based on an archive taken by the Mossad from southern Iran.

During a briefing with reporters on Tuesday, Netanyahu said that exposing the documents to the world has "turned the question marks into exclamation points".

"Over the last year, we have mobilized to obtain this information. I presented it on March 5th to Trump, and I transferred all the material to the American intelligence as well," said Netanyahu.

Netanyahu said that he spoke with British, French and German leaders on Monday evening. "They are interested in the material and soon intelligence and professional delegations will be sent to Israel to see and receive the intelligence material," said Netanyahu.

A senior government source on Tuesday blamed former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin for ignoring the Iranian nuclear threat and said that President Obama's 2015 nuclear deal with Iran failed to care of the problem.

"When Netanyahu became prime minister, there were only newspaper clippings," said the source, who alleged that Iran had exploited its professional workforce to for "murderous ideology that seeks to conquer the Middle East and build a nuclear bomb".

In a dramatic televised address Monday evening, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu revealed to the public information gathered from Iran’s nuclear weapons program, proving that the Tehran regime had lied about its efforts to acquire atomic weapons.

The address comes less than two weeks before the May 12th deadline imposed by President Donald Trump to reimpose sanctions on Iran if no agreement is reached to supplement the existing deal.

While President Trump hailed the address, saying it sent “the right message”, European leaders said the newly-released information would not change their position on the JCPOA.

“What I have seen from the first reports is that Prime Minister Netanyahu has not put into question Iran's compliance with the JCPOA [Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action] commitments, meaning post-2015 nuclear commitments,” said European Union foreign affairs chief Federica Mogherini.
