The IDF has reinstated the encirclement of the Palestinian Authority city of Kalkilyeh. The move came following three bomb explosions in the nearby Israeli city of Kfar Saba over the weekend. The IDF spokesperson emphasized that the encirclement had just been lifted this past Friday in an attempt to \"ease the restrictions on the Palestinian population.\"

A security meeting planned between for GSS leaders and Palestinian security organ heads scheduled for tonight has been canceled. Israel said that the Palestinian seniors did not agree to be present at the meeting.

The Palestinians claim that another Palestinian Tanzim terrorist - the second in several days - escaped Israel\'s \"long arm\" today. Abdel Natshe was shot by stocking-covered gunmen as he entered his car in Hevron. He was moderately injured, and underwent an operation in the Hevron hospital. The Palestinians claim that an Israeli helicopter circled in the air at the time of the attack. Natshe, 32, is a commander of the Hevron-area Tanzim terrorist force directly linked to Yasser Arafat\'s Fatah faction.

It is now reported that number-one terrorist Mohammed Def, who was released at least two weeks ago from a Palestinian Authority prison cell in Gaza, is now at the top of Israel\'s list of terrorists to be killed. In the Shechem region, the IDF arrested three Tanzim terrorists today. They were transferred to the GSS for questioning.
