Natan Meir, whose wife Dafna Meir was murdered in a stabbing attack in their home in Otniel, participated Tuesday in a meeting of a Knesset lobby group, urging Israel's political leaders to allow the security establishment to take harsher measures against those inciting terrorism.

"In war, behave like you're in a war," said Meir.

Meir took aim specifically at Jibril Rajoub, the chief of the Palestinian Authority's security force at the time of his wife's murder.

"I don't want him arrested, I want him to get a bullet in his head ... The young man who murdered my wife saw Rajoub's incitement and that was his amusement. As far as I'm concerned we're wearing silk gloves. It's a bad situation."

Meir added, "The struggle for this land has existed for many years,. But a hundred years ago nobody would have believed that millions of Jews and Arabs would lived here happily and in peace. On my cell phone I have hundreds of dear friends' phone numbers who are Arabs but don't dare speak out because they're afraid of being slaughtered. But it's the majority that wants to live with us. The problem of this majority is the inciters and we have to deal with them and remove them.

"I'll file a police complaint against Jibril Rajoub in the next few days and ask the Israeli police to arrest him, and I call on the chairman of the lobby to join me."

The terrorist, whose name cannot be published due to the fact that he is a minor, was arrested on January 19, 2015. He related to investigators how he had hidden at his grandmother’s house after the attack, but later left, following an argument during a soccer game with his 11-year-old brother.

“She fought against me,” the terrorist told investigators. “I stabbed her until I couldn’t take the knife out of her body, and I saw that another woman was approaching. Later, I ran back home and we watched a Saudi movie.” When asked why he chose to carry out the attack, he said, “Israel kills youth - boys and girls. Therefore, I decided to act as the rest of the youth of my people do. I understood that I could get injured if I went to carry out an attack, but I have faith in God that He will help.”
