Noam Federman, one of the Bat Ayin Five, was charged today with being an arms and explosives courier. The indictment states that he received and gave various explosives from and to a group that allegedly planned to detonate them at an Arab girls\' school in Jerusalem. The police and GSS completed their investigation of the other four suspects last week, after more than three weeks. Indictments are expected to be handed down against them by the end of this week.



Federman denies all charges against him: \"I started looking for the explosives brick I was accused of having, and then suddenly I find that I\'m also charged with having gas grenades?\" His lawyer Naftali Wurzberger says that Federman has been a thorn in the side of the GSS for a long time, \"as he has managed to be acquitted almost every time he was charged,\" and is therefore seeking to \"get back\" at him.
