Despite great speculation, National Union-Yisrael Beiteinu party head Avigdor Lieberman told Arutz-7 this morning that no agreement has been reached with the Likud regarding his party\'s return to the coalition in the near future. The seven-seat party, comprised of Yisrael Beiteinu (4), Tekumah (2), and Moledet (1), left the government in mid-March in protest of its \"continued defeatism,\" Sharon\'s retreat from the principle of \"no negotiations under fire,\" and Sharon\'s refusal to nullify the three-man security mini-cabinet in which Labor\'s Peres and Ben-Eliezer were a majority against Sharon. This body was in fact nullified three weeks later when the NRP joined the government.
