At least two major terror catastrophes were averted in Israel today. At the Pi Gelilot fuel depot, Israel\'s largest, a bomb exploded under a tanker as it was being fueled. The truck caught fire, but the blaze was put out relatively quickly and no one was hurt. A second bomb, which did not explode, was later found on the truck. The police are investigating the truck\'s route this morning in an attempt to determine when, where and how the bombs were placed. For years there has been talk of relocating the fuel depot, but the talk took on extra urgency today. There is still no guarantee that it will be followed up with actions, however.
