A car crashed into a classroom of a school in Sydney, Australia, killing two 8-year-old boys.

Three girls were also injured: one, aged 9, was seriously injured, and two, aged 8, moderately injured.

The accident took place this morning, Tuesday, in the suburb of Greenacre at about 9:45 am.

According to pictures from the scene of the incident, it appears that most of the students at the school are Muslims.

According to Australia’s, Police charged the driver, identified as 52-year-old woman Maha Al-Shennag, with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death, driving in a dangerous manner and negligent driving. She was not injured in the incident.

Police do not believe that she deliberately crashed into the school.

There were 24 students in the class when the tragedy took place. New South Wales Premier Gladys Berejiklian visited the school and expressed her condolences.
