Two window cleaners were trapped dozens of stories off the ground when their security cord tore as they worked to clean a Tel Aviv skyscraper.
According to Israel Police, the lives of the two are not in danger.
The area has been closed to traffic, and firefighters are currently working to free the trapped men.
Initial investigations show the torn cable was a technical issue.
In September 2014, Israeli construction worker Netanel Arami was murdered while working on a building in Petah Tikva when his two rappelling ropes were cut by Arab coworkers, who were found laughing at the site.
