IDF soldiers reported that a suspicious vehicle with an Arab driver attempted to run them over near the town of Halamish in Samaria Wednesday evening.
No casualties were reported in the attack. The driver fled the scene in his vehicle.
An IDF spokesman said that "the vehicle that behaved suspiciously and deviated from the road. There were no casualties and no damage was done."
The IDF is searching for the vehicle, but is not treating the incident as a nationalist attack at this point.
Halamish was the site of a major terrorist attack in July. An Arab terrorist broke into the town and murdered three members of the Salomon family as they ate their Friday night meal.
