The European Union reached a decision last night on the countries that will accept the 13 wanted terrorists exiled by Israel last week. The 13, together with two dozen other terrorists, took about 80 Christian clergymen hostage in the Church of the Nativity for 39 days in their attempt to escape Israeli justice. Twelve of them will be divided up among six countries: Spain, Italy, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, and Belgium; Cyprus, which was reported to have agreed to accept the last one, now says it refuses to do so. Local police will oversee the terrorists\' conditions, and they will not be allowed to leave their countries.
