United Hatzalah EMS volunteers responded on Monday to a motor vehicle accident in Tel Aviv .
The accident occurred on the city's Derech HaHaganah Street, just after 12:00 p.m. United Hatzalah first responders on the scene reported that a pedestrian had been killed by a passing truck.
The victim was declared dead at the scene due to the level of injuries that she suffered during the accident.
United Hatzalah volunteer Uriah Goldberg, who was at the scene, said, "This was a horrific scene where a female pedestrian was struck and killed by a truck."
"The pedestrian suffered injuries to her entire body and was unconscious when we arrived. Sadly, she was pronounced dead at the scene due to the injuries she suffered during the accident."
