The Supreme Court rejected a plea by Tanzim head Marwan Barghouti this morning to allow him to meet with his lawyer. The judges ruled that the ban is indeed necessary for the benefit of the investigation. Barghouti is considered responsible for the overall organization of dozens of terrorist attacks perpetrated by the Tanzim over the course of the Oslo War.
