American comedian Conan O'Brien released a humorous video of himself trying to learn Hebrew on an El Al flight to Israel. O'Brien is in Israel as part of his 'Conan without Borders' series, and will film the episode at different locations during his first-ever trip to Israel.

The comedian had also released another video on Facebook of himself greeting locals in Tel Aviv, and eating Israel's popular Shakshuka dish. "You have to get yourself some Shashuka, and today," he said. He also called the Jewish State's Goldstar beer "terrific."

O'Brien first announced his Israel trip mid-August. "Due to all the division, strife, intractable hatred and violence in our country right now I have decided to leave America for the relative peace and quiet of the Middle East. That’s right people, I am going to Israel!" he said.
