IDF forces, in conjunction with Border Police and the Civil Administration, last night demolished the homes of the three terrorists from the Arab village of Deir Abu Mashal near Ramallah who carried out the terror attack on June 16 in which Border Policewoman Hadas Malka was murdered.

Malka, 23, was murdered in a combined shooting and stabbing attack in Jerusalem’s Old City.

Four other people were wounded, among them two moderately and one lightly.

The attack took place around 7:30 pm on Friday evening, when two terrorists armed with knives and rifles attacked people at Zedekiah's Cave. They were shot dead by security forces.

A third terrorist stabbed Malka, who was stationed at the Damascus Gate. He, too, was eliminated by security forces.

Malka, who suffered critical injuries, was evacuated to the Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital, where she later succumbed to her wounds.

In addition, last night security forces demolished the home of the terrorist from the Arab town of Silwad near Ramallah who perpetrated the April ramming attack at the Ofra Junction in which soldier Elhai Taharlev was murdered.

Taharlev, 20, was a fighter in the IDF’s Golani Brigade and lived in the community of Talmon in the western Binyamin region.

Another youth suffered injuries to his limbs during the attack. The terrorist was neutralized.

Over the course of the night, IDF forces, in conjunction with Shin Bet and Border Police forces, also arrested 12 wanted persons in Judea and Samaria.
