The U.S. Senate will discuss economic aid to Israel this week. The House of Representatives approved an extra $200 million allotment to Israel to help defray the expenses of the ongoing Oslo War. The Administration was against the decision. In other American-Israeli news, CIA head George Tenet is scheduled to arrive in Israel this week to help reinstate Israeli-PA security cooperation.
