The Likud Central Committee will convene on Sunday in Tel Aviv, and polls show strong support for a resolution negating the establishment of any form of a Palestinian state. A decision of this nature will be a strong blow to Prime Minister Sharon, who has come out in favor several times of a restricted PA state. Sharon has hinted that the Likud decision would not greatly affect his policies. Minister Danny Naveh, however, speaking with Arutz-7 earlier this week, said that Sharon would have \"trouble\" ignoring such a decision.
