Two adult elephants rescued an elephant pup from drowning in a pool at the Grand Park Zoo in Seoul, South Korea.
The security video shows the puppy sipping from the water, standing next to one of the adult elephants. Suddenly, the elephant loses its balance and falls into the pool. The water is too deep for her and she can not swim.
Another mature elephant comes running and joins the first adult. According to reports on ABC, they are the pup's mother and aunt. They decide to go into the pool, get alongside the pup and push her to the side of the pool. Side by side, they lead the pup out of the water.
In the background you can see a third elephant, beyond the separation fence, running about in distress from the moment the puppy fell into the pool.
The zoo executives said no elephants were injured in the incident.
