Indomitable Jewish activist Baruch Marzel responded today (Tuesday) in an interview with Arutz Sheva to the resignation of Supreme Court Justice Elyakim Rubinstein.

"Thank G-d we're finished with him," says Marzel, explaining that "Rubinstein was another bad Supreme Court judge, and he was the judge who made the most severe decisions in favor of the Reform Movement and closed Arutz Sheva. On Shabbat, on conversion, and on the Land of Israel, he was especially dangerous beyond the extreme leftists who sit there."

Marzel is not impressed by the fact that Rubinstein is religious and mentions his involvement in the Pollard case: "He wore a skullcap and would do it with a nice smile, but the smile does not sway me. Rubinstein should smile at Jonathan Pollard because he's the one who gave him to the Americans."

Marzel mentions Rubinstein's part in the political negotiating teams: "He needs to explain what he did at Camp David when he handed over all of the Yamit region in Sinai; why did he close Arutz Sheva? He wouldn't have dared to do that to Abie Nathan," Marzel.

"Behind his niceness and skullcap he was a dangerous person, so thank G-d that we no longer are liable for his punishment," concludes Marzel.
