IDF forces are scheduled to leave Tul Karem in the coming hours - for the second time in two days. The forces entered the PA city on Saturday night, then left, and returned last night - all because of intelligence warnings of impending terrorist activity emanating from the town. IDF reserve forces encircled a densely-populated neighborhood in the city, but will redeploy around the city in the course of the day.
