
A military court sentenced Amad Tarda, a terrorist who wounded four people in a stabbing attack in Rishon Letzion in November 2015, to 25 years in jail.
In addition to the jail sentence, the terrorist was required to pay 200,000 NIS in compensation and a 15,000 NIS fine.
Tarda was convicted of 4 attempts to cause death as well as other offences.
The terrorist, a 21-year-old resident of Hevron, stabbed travellers in a bus at the Rishon Letzion central bus station and then left the bus and stabbed other citizens. Passersby jumped the terrorist and held him down until police forces arrived.
