Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu spoke a short while ago on the phone with French President-Elect Emmanuel Macron and congratulated him on his election victory.
The two leaders discussed, among other things, their continued cooperation in the fight against terrorism and the promotion of economic and technological ties between Israel and France. President-elect Macon thanked the Prime Minister for the well-wishes.
The two leaders agreed to meet soon.
