A bomb threat was reported Thursday in the New World Tower in Miami, a building that houses the Israeli consulate.

Local police shut down traffic on Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast !st Street and Northeast 2nd Street.

After an investigation at the scene, police reported the building clear and reopened the closed streets to traffic.

In January, a number of Jewish Community Centers in and around Miami were targeted by bomb threats.
