One of the Palestinian Authority terrorists being sheltered in Arafat\'s compound in Ramallah is responsible for the murder of three American citizens and the wounding of five. His name is Mahmoud Damra, a leader of Arafat\'s Force 17, whose gang murdered Rabbi Binyamin and Talia Kahane and Aish-Kodesh Gilmore. Last year, Israel Police captured the three murderers, who confessed to being part of a gang led by Damra. Aish-Kodesh Gilmore, a U.S. citizen and children of parents from Cleveland and Englewood, NJ, was murdered in Jerusalem on October 30, 2000, and the Kahane couple - who left six children - were murdered in a drive-by shooting near Ofrah two months later. Five of their children were also hurt.

In addition, as reported earlier this week, among the wanted terrorists who are holding dozens of children and Christian clergymen hostage in the Church of the Nativity are Ibrahim Abeyat and Ismail Hamdan. These two are Fatah members who were involved in numerous terrorist attacks, including the murder of a 72 year-old U.S. citizen, Avi Boaz, on January 15, 2002. Over 80 American victims of Palestinian Arab violence sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Ashcroft, urging him to issue indictments against Abeyat and Hamdan so they can be brought to the U.S. to stand trial.

Zionist Organization of America President Morton A. Klein said, \"The time has come for the Bush administration to tell Arafat that if he does not surrender [those] killers of Americans to U.S. authorities, the U.S. will end all relations with Arafat and use all means at our disposal to capture these killers and bring them to America for trial.\" The ZOA also notes that President Bush said in his address to Congress on September 20, 2001: \"From this day forward, any nation that continues to harbor or support terrorism will be regarded by the United States as a hostile regime.\"
