In the wake of the IDF operation in Khan Yunis overnight, the PLO has decided not to participate in any activities involving security cooperation between itself and Israel. So said PA officials this morning. Arafat advisor Nabil Abu Radeina condemned what he called the \"Israeli attack\" and said that such operations are part of \"an Israeli plan to weaken the Palestinian Authority and its institutions and to harm the Palestinian people.\"
