Israeli forces have arrested Marwan Barghouti, Secretary-General of the Fatah-Tanzim terrorist organization. He was taken, together with his nephew, from a building only 500 meters from Arafat\'s Mukata compound. The forces encircled the house and ordered the two of them to come out.
