An indictment was filed last Friday in the Be'er Sheva District Court against a member of the Hamas' military wing. The indictment charges the terrorist with a series of crimes against the country's security.

According to the indictment, terrorist Diah Aduan, a 20-year-old Gaza resident, joined Hamas around 6 years ago.

Aduan participated in military training conducted by Hamas, religious study groups run by the terror organization, and at some point took part in meetings and classes organized by Jihadist group Salafia Jihadia, in which radical Islamic tenets were conveyed and videos were shown portraying the Salafia's international operations, including military training and activity.

During operation Protective Edge, Aduan served on armed guard duty against the IDF and Israeli allies within Gaza.

The charges in the indictment include membership in a terrorist group, activity in an unrecognized organization, weapons violations, and illegal military training. The State Attorney's office has requested that his arrest be extended until the end of legal proceedings.
