Drivers on roads in the Negev desert continue to sample a taste of the 6 month-old Rosh Hashanah Arab Assault. An Arad resident travelling on the highway between Omer and the Shocket junction was stoned last night by Arabs, and fortunately escaped unscathed. Arutz-7 correspondent Moshe Pri\'el reports that rock-throwing at Israeli motorists travelling in the Negev has increased noticeably in recent weeks.

Elsewhere, an IDF officer was injured by an Arab-hurled rock during the soldier\'s patrol duty in Hevron\'s Gross Square. The wounded soldier was quickly transferred to Hadassah-Ein Kerem hospital in Jerusalem for treatment. Security has been tightened in Hevron over the past few days in light of the town\'s three-day Chassidic Passover music festival. Hevron resident Moshe Ben Zimrah told Arutz-7 today that \"despite the Oslo War, thousands of brave Jewish people are coming every day to celebrate with us.\"
