Israel\'s withdrawal from Tul Karem earlier this week, at the behest of the U.S. President George Bush and others, seems to have led directly to the deaths yesterday of eight young Jews aboard a bus in the Haifa area. The bus was blown up by a Moslem suicide bomber from Tul Karem; he would assumedly not have been able to perpetrate the attack had the Israeli forces remained in Tul Karem.

He told his troops that Israel will not withdraw from any area until the Palestinian militias there are crushed.
