Before he even finished mourning his father, a second tragedy strikes singer-actor Shuli Rand: Bilhah Rand, his mother, passed away Monday morning.
Last Thursday, Professor Yaakov Rand, a doctor in Psychology and winner of the 2001 Israel Prize for Education Research, passed away. Shuli's father had specialized in special education research, especially for children with Down's Syndrome.
Just a few days later, while Shuli was still in his week of mourning for his father, his mother, Bilhah Rand, passed away.
Her funeral will take place at 5:30 p.m. in Beit Haalmin Segula, in Petah Tikva, near Tel Aviv.
